How Is ProSoundWorkshop Different?
PSW is designed to get straight to the nuts and bolts of recording. PSW is not a long, drawn out program packed full of theory and endless classroom lectures. It cuts straight to important details of the recording process, professional recording techniques, and modern recording equipment.
Because understanding the source of your recordings is so important, PSW also digs into the underlying mechanics of instruments and amplifiers themselves with topics like setting up drums, drum tuning, guitar setup and tones, amp selection, vocal techniques, etc.
By keeping classes small (no more than 12 students) we are able to provide a more individualized and hands-on experience. Finally, PSW is taught by true working professionals with loads of credits and credibility.
